What is Power Device Battery?
According to chemistry, batteries can be divided into lead-acid batteries, primary alkaline batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, nickel-hydride batteries, rechargeable lithium batteries and so on. According to discharge current, batteries can be divided into high power batteries and ordinary batteries.
The final section criteria for battery packs is their C rating. The C rating of the battery is the maximum continuous discharge rating of the cells and it determines how many amps your system can pull from the pack without overheating it. Discharging batteries at higher rates will raise their temperature and can lead to combustion.
Power batteries include lead-acid batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, and rechargeable lithium battery ( Lithium-ion / Li-polymer / LiFePO4 batteries)
At present, the most promising cathode materials for rechargeable lithium ion batteries are modified lithium manganate (LiMn2O4), lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) and lithium nickel-cobalt manganate (LiNiMnCoO2) ternary materials.
